Shipping & Returns
We ship as quickly as possible—most orders go out within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).
During big drops or promotions, processing times can be a little longer, but we still move fast.
If we offer shipping protection at checkout, you can add it there.
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.

Refer a Friend
It’s our way of saying thanks. When you share MWR with friends and they make a qualifying purchase,
you may receive a reward. Program details can vary based on promotions and platform rules.
Friend offers are typically discount codes or limited-time deals your friend can use on their first purchase
(or another qualifying purchase), depending on the promotion.
Rewards are usually issued after the referred order is confirmed (and not canceled/returned) within the program window.
If you believe you earned a reward and didn’t receive it, contact us and we’ll check.
In most cases, discounts and rewards aren’t stackable unless we explicitly say they are.
If stacking is allowed for a promotion, the checkout page will show it.
Common reasons: expired code, minimum purchase not met, not eligible items, one-time use, or it was entered incorrectly.
